One QSFP+ to SFP+ Adapter (720193-B21) and one 10 GbE SFP+ SR Transceiver (455883-B21 or JD092B) for a 10 Gb Ethernet/CEE connection.
One QSFP+ to SFP+ Adapter (720193-B21) and one 1 GbE SFP SX Transceiver (453151-B21) for a 1Gb Ethernet connection.
One QSFP+ to SFP+ Adapter (720193-B21) and one 8 Gb FC SFP+ SW Transceiver (AJ718A) for a Fibre Channel connection.
