Procedure
Using interconnect link cables, connect the
master ICM in ICM bay 3 to the
satellite ICMs installed in ICM bay 3.
Connect ports L1 of the
master ICM to ports L1 of the
satellite ICM in the same frame as the secondary
master ICM.
Connect port L2 of the
master ICM to port L1 of the
satellite ICM frame 4 ICM bay 3.
Connect port L3 of the
master ICM to port L1 of the
satellite ICM frame 3 ICM bay 3.
Using interconnect link cables, connect the
master ICM in ICM bay 6 to each
satellite ICM installed in ICM bay 6.
Connect port L1 from the secondary
master ICM to port L1 on the satellite ICM in the same frame as the primary
master ICM (frame 1).
Connect port L2 from the secondary
master ICM to port L1 on the satellite ICM in frame 4 ICM bay 6.
Connect port L3 from the secondary
master ICM to port L1 in the satellite ICM in frame 3 ICM bay 6.
Cable two stacking cables from the
master ICM in ICM bay 3 to the
master ICM in ICM bay 6.
Connect a stacking cable from port Q7 on the first
master ICM to port Q7 on the second
master ICM.
Connect a stacking cable from port Q8 on the first
master ICM to port Q8 on the second
master ICM.
