HPE Synergy Image Streamer cabling examples

NOTE:

HPE Synergy frames with HPE Synergy Image Streamer must have HPE Synergy Frame Link Module (2-Port) installed. For a list of compatible configurations, refer to the HPE Synergy Configuration and Compatibility Guide on the Hewlett Packard Enterprise website (http://www.hpe.com/info/synergy-docs).

Cabling for HPE Synergy Image Streamer OS deployment includes management cabling, HPE Synergy Image Streamer cabling, and interconnect cabling.

In frames with an HPE Synergy Image Streamer installed, both frame link module MGMT ports are automatically configured for HPE Synergy Image Streamer boot image deployment. These MGMT ports cannot be used for connection to the management network.

For more information about HPE Synergy Image Streamer, see the product QuickSpecs (Hewlett Packard Enterprise website).

NOTE: When using a transceiver with a cable to connect HPE Synergy components, you are not required to use the same transceiver on each end of the same cable.
