Conditions and informational messages

This section describes the actual conditions which, if not corrected, causes SQL/MX upgrade/downgrade and ‘mxtool fixrcb’ issues during system upgrade or fallback. It also describes informational messages that have no impact on the system during upgrade or fallback.
