HPE StoreEasy Active Health System (AHS) reports
This data is used by support engineering team to resolve product issues and support requests.
HPE Active Health System does not collect information about user operations, finances, customers, employees, partners, or data center, such as IP addresses, host names, user names, and passwords. It does not parse or change operating system data from third-party error event log activities, such as content created or passed through by the operating system.
The AHS reports collects the following types of data:
Server model
Serial number
Processor model and speed
Storage capacity and speed
Memory capacity and speed
Firmware/BIOS
You can use the filters available in the HPE StoreEasy management console UI to limit the time duration for which these logs are collected for transfer. The default time duration is past one week from the current system time.
You can download these packages to your local client system (from where the browser is being used) using HPE StoreEasy management console.

The HPE StoreEasy Storage system retains previously generated support packages. HPE recommends that you delete older packages as they consume space on the system drive.
To delete support packages:

Onboard Administrator (OA)
Agentless Management Service (AMS)
Network Interface Controller (NIC)
