Approving CSR certificates for newly added worker nodes

Procedure
  1. Approve CSRs for newly added worker nodes. See Approving CSR Certificate.
  2. Check that the status of the newly added worker nodes are in READY state using the following command: 
    export KUBECONFIG=/var/nps/ISO/ign_config/auth/kubeconfig
oc get nodes
