Unreachable Site
When a Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal site is unreachable from the proxy server, the site appears dimmed in the mobile app or the web application. A message is displayed under the site name stating the site . To resolve the internet access issue, you may try to connect to the Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal site locally on its main wireless network and launch the Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app or web application.
To delete an unreachable site, follow these steps:
1. Click the advanced menu

2. Click to remove the unreachable site from the list of configured Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal sites.
