Unreachable Site

When a Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal site is unreachable from the proxy server, the site appears dimmed in the mobile app or the web application. A message is displayed under the site name stating the site currently has no internet access. To resolve the internet access issue, you may try to connect to the Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal site locally on its main wireless network and launch the Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app or web application.
