RPS DC input failure
Symptom
The system status LED or RPS status LED is off.
Solution
To resolve the problem:
Verify that the switch is securely connected to the RPS.
Verify that the RPS is operating correctly.
Verify that the operating temperature of the switch is in the acceptable range, and the power supply has good ventilation. Over-temperature can cause the power supply to stop working and enter the protection state.
