Device fingerprinting client status is blank

Symptom

The show device-fingerprinting client-status command displays empty client status table.

Action
  1. Make sure that the port status is up.
  2. Verify that the client mac-address present in show mac-address for ports where device fingerprinting is enabled.
  3. Make sure that the profile is applied on the ports.
