Modifying Facebook Wi-Fi Settings
Facebook Wi-Fi service is only relevant to the guest network. It offers the possibility to create a captive portal page that draws traffic to the business. The business information would appear in the person’s feed when using the service and automatically be seen by related friends thus attracting more people towards the business.
Apple Captive Network Assistant (CNA) does not support the Facebook Wi-Fi service. Users with iOS devices running macOS 10.12.x will need to manually open a web browser and enter a URL of their choice in order to be redirected to the Facebook Wi-Fi sign-in page.
To configure Facebook Wi-Fi service on the Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app or web application, follow these steps:
1. Click from the Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal home page.
2. Select the active Guest Network connections.
3. Under , select the tab.

3. Under the page, ensure that the tab is selected for security.
4. Click the Facebook Wi-Fi toggle switch to turn it on ().
The Facebook Wi-Fi setting will appear on the screen only when the option is selected.
5. Some additional configuration is required when the option is enabled for the first time. A pop-up box will appear on the page.
6. Click . The Facebook Wi-Fi ID is generated and stored in the Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal site.
7. A new browser window opens up with a page for the Facebook Wi-Fi configuration.
