Managing Your Account

The Account Management page allows you to modify your administrator account information for all associated sites.

NOTE: The Account Management page is only available from the Multiple Sites page when your account is registered to multiple Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal sites.

ClosedModifying Administrator Account Information

To modify your administrator account information for all associated Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal sites, follow these steps:

ClosedIn the Web Application

1. Go to the Multiple Sites page.

2. Select Account Management from the advanced drop-down menu on the Aruba OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal header. The Account Management page opens.

3. Modify the registered email ID and/or password.

To modify the email ID registered to your account, enter a new email address under Email.

To modify your account password, enter your current password, followed by a new password.

4. Click Update account to save your changes.

ClosedIn the Mobile App

1. Go to the Multiple Sites screen.

2. Tap the advanced menu () icon on the Multiple Sites screen.

3. Select Account Management to open the Account Management screen.

4. Modify the registered email ID and/or password.

To modify the email ID registered to your account, enter a new email address under Email.

To modify your account password, enter your current password, followed by a new password.

5. Click Update account settings to save your changes.
