Changing application access settings in the mobile app

The Restrict Applications screen in the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app displays the complete list of applications that are allowed and blocked on the main network. The Restrict Applications screen also allows you to modify these application restrictions at any time. To view the Restrict Applications screen, tap Add or modify application restrictions on the Networks > Main Network Details screen.

Restricting application access in the mobile app

To restrict certain types of applications and websites on the main network using the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app, follow these steps:

1.

Tap Networks on the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal home screen. The Networks screen opens.

2.

Select the main network from the Networks list. The Main Network Details screen opens.

3.

Tap Add or modify application restrictions. The Restrict Applications screen opens

4.

Tap the Blocked/Allowed toggle switch(es) to enable restrictions for the selected application(s) ().

Allowing application access in the mobile app

To allow access to certain types of applications and websites on the main network using the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app, follow these steps:
