Deleting a Protection Group

Prerequisites

  • Remove protection (using the Schedules > Manage Schedules page) on the Group and all the associated Copy Policies from the Group.

  • To delete a secondary Remote Copy Protection Group, first delete the primary Remote Copy Protection Group.

Procedure
  1. On the left pane of the vSphere Web Client, click HPE RMC-V.
  2. On the left pane of the RMC-V plug-in, click Protection > Protection Groups.
  3. Select the Protection Group that you want to delete.
  4. In the Actions menu, click Delete.
  5. At the prompt, click DELETE.
