About HPE Storage Tool Extension

Overview

The Overview tab provides the dashboard view of the all the storage system details. The details include general system information, capacity, performance metrics, and block persona components of the connected HPE storage systems.

For the block persona components, you can click the underlined values to display more details.

Inventory

The Inventory tab lists all the physical and logical components along with the health status. The physical components include physical drives, drive enclosures, controller nodes, and ports. The logical components include virtual volumes and hosts.

You can select a component and click View Details for a detailed view.

Performance

The Performance tab displays the I/Os, bandwidth, and service time for the connected HPE Storage systems. The performance metrics are displayed for physical drives, exported volumes, and hosts.

Help

The Help tab provides information on how to access and use HPE Storage Extension.
