What data do we collect?
Hewlett Packard Enterprise collects data on page views and events to improve the user experience of HPE StoreEasy management console.
- Page views
Page views are screen navigation data collected when a user navigates between the HPE StoreEasy management console screens. The following data is collected for page views:
All the navigation paths used by the user for a task.
Bounce rates of each page or steps of a task.
- Events
Events are actions performed by the user in the HPE StoreEasy management console. The following data is collected for page views:
Successful completion of a task by a user.
Number of times error messages were displayed during the performance of a task.
Task abandonment (bounce rate in the middle of a page).
Amount of time spent on each task by the user.
Most time-consuming step or page when the task is performed.
The following information is collected for a page view or event:

System Type | Model number of the HPE StoreEasy 1000 Storage |
Activity Type | Page views or events. |
User Type | Role of user is collected. HPE does not collect any login credentials. |
OS | Operating System of the client system used to access HPE StoreEasy management console. |
Browser | Name of the browser used. |
Locale | Browser locale of the HPE StoreEasy management console used for accessing the HPE StoreEasy 1000 Storage. |
Resolution | Windows resolution of the browser |
Coordinates | Location (position or coordinates) of the screen the user is clicking. |
Timestamp | Time stamp of the activity or event. Time stamp is same as HPE StoreEasy management console time. |
Tags | Tags attached to actions (events or page views) by the HPE StoreEasy management console |
Path | URL of the specific HPE StoreEasy management console page the user is accessing. |
Title | Title of the specific HPE StoreEasy management console page the user is accessing. |
