Manage user access

User accounts verify the identity of each individual and permit the per-individual tailoring of access privileges using the management console. There is no limit to the number of users you can add to management console.
  • Add users: Create a user account through Microsoft Windows Storage System 2016 (WSS2016) before being added to the management console. To access your account, users must have a Google Account.

    Optional: To add a user:
    1. Navigate to Settings > Management Console Users.

    2. Click add ().

    3. Enter the name for the user in the Name section.

      NOTE:
      • The following characters are not permitted: " / \ [ ]: ; | = , + *? < >

      • Using spaces for names is not recommended.

  • Edit or Delete users: To change the assigned user role. Users can be edited or deleted to change their role, add, remove, or change access. When you remove a user or Administrator from your account, they are no longer able to sign in to your AdSense account. However, if you add them back as an Administrator or standard user, then they can access your account again.

    Optional: To Edit and Delete a user:
    1. Navigate to Settings > Management Console Users.

    2. Select the user you want to edit or delete, and click the edit ().
