Update or downgrade fails due to missing files
The update or downgrade fails with a message that states the installation files are missing.
The management console searches for the installation files in the HPE StoreEasy Storage system. The management console displays a message when:
The installation files are not available.
The version of the management console that you want to update or downgrade was not installed using the management console.
Access the system and manually update or downgrade using the
installer file. Or, retry the update or downgrade using the management console by uploading the installation package again.
