Symptom

Failed to retrieve CRLs.

Analysis

Solution

  • Make sure the network connection is physically proper.

  • Retrieve a CA certificate.

  • Specify the IP address of the LDAP server.

  • Specify the CRL distribution URL.

  • Re-configure the LDAP version.

  • Configure the correct DNS server that can resolve the domain name of the CRL distribution point.
