Enabling FXO monitoring

When FXO monitoring is enabled, the router displays the physical state as down for FXO ports that are loosely connected or not connected at all.

In environments with instable PSTN lines or poor line quality, FXO monitoring might detect that some lines are disconnected although those line are actually connected, resulting in call failures. To avoid this problem, disable FXO monitoring.

To enable FXO monitoring:
