Configuration procedure
To configure CQ:

5. Configure the bytes sent from a queue during a cycle of round robin queue scheduling. | qos cql cql-index queue queue-number serving byte-count | Optional. |
6. Enter interface view or PVC view. |

7. Apply the CQ list to the interface or PVC. | qos cq cql cql-index | By default, FIFO applies. |
