Syntax

ipv6 address <IPV6_ADDR/PREFIX-LENGTH>

Description

Sets the IPv6 address for a loopback interface.

<IPV6_ADDR/PREFIX-LENGTH>: Specifies the IPv6 address with prefix-length for the loopback interface. Format: X:X::X:X/P

Authority

Operators or Administrators. Users without administrator authority can execute this command from the operator context (>) only.
