Syntax

show usb-port

Description

Displays the status of the USB port. It can be enabled, disabled, or not present.

Command context

Usage

One of the following messages indicates the presence or absence of a USB device:

  • Not able to sense device in USB port

  • USB device detected in port

  • no USB device detected in port

Example

Display USB port status. 

switch# show usb-port

  USB port status: enabled
  USB port power status: power on    (USB device detected in port)
