Downloading a non-VSF config on a VSF switch or downloading an invalid VSF-config for a current VSF must be blocked.

The configuration file for this VSF device is incorrect.

Upon enabling VSF, the hostname of the virtual chassis would change to a different string than it is when VSF is disabled.
