Fixes

Upgrade Requirement:
Optional - Users should update to this version if their system is affected by one of the documented fixes or if there is a desire to utilize any of the enhanced functionality provided by this version.

Corrected an issue with improperly logging the following events, even though there had been no actual change in the system state:

  • Event ID 3, power supply removed
  • Event ID 4, power supply inserted
  • Event ID 12, fan removed
  • Event ID 13, fan inserted

These false events would also cause the HP Insight Server Agent to improperly log event IDs 1127, 1128, 1132, and 1133.

Added the following:
- Changed the behavior for graceful shutdown timer.  After the 60 second timer has been initiated, the poll time will decrease so that each time the thread loops  it will perform a poll.   This will increase the the likelyhood that if the sensor error is fixed quickly, then the countdown will stop and the system will continure to run.

- Do not perform ASR initialziation function since it is not supported under Windows for PL100 Series.

- Fix the KCS call to better handle response coming back in a different order than how they were called.

Optional - Users should update to this version if their system is affected by one of the documented fixes or if there is a desire to utilize any of the enhanced functionality provided by this version.

- Collect the critical temperature sensors settings during boot via an IPMI command to get the most accurate values.

- Call to a new OEM PEF command to disable graceful shutdowns without disabling other PEF controls.
