Installation:

HPE SNMP Agents for Citrix XenServer 7  (x86_64)

Overview:
This package installs HP Health, HP SNMP Agents and HP System Management Home Page (SMH) on Citrix XenServer 7.x (x86_64). This product is covered by the HPE End User License Agreement (EULA).  Please review the HPE  EULA in the attached tgz file before installing.

System Requirements:

  • Supported HPE ProLiant Server
  • Citrix XenServer 7.0
  • Citrix XenServer 7.1 LTSR 

How to install:

To install HPE SNMP Agents on Citrix XenServer 7.x (x86_64), follow the steps below:

  • Open a command shell by selecting the "Local Command Shell" option from the Host menu.
  • Mount the iso image, which contains the SNMP Agents Supplemental pack to the host <pack.iso> using the command "mount -ro loop <pack.iso> <mount dir>
  • From the root of where the CD was mounted, type the command "./install.sh" and complete the installation.
