Fixes

Upgrade Requirement:
Recommended - HPE recommends users update to this version at their earliest convenience.

REMOVED - Version 04.00.04.381 of Intel Platform Service (SPS) Firmware is NO LONGER AVAILABLE for download. Please use version 04.00.04.288 until a replacement version is available.  When using version 04.00.04.381 with certain system configurations,  the monitoring of thermals may randomly fail, which may cause the system fans to not respond properly to cool the server leading to unexpected thermal shutdowns. If version 04.00.04.381 has already been installed, it is recommended that you revert back to version 04.00.04.288.  After completing the downgrade to version 04.00.04.288, A/C power must be cycled for the system to boot.  If an A/C power cycle is not performed, the system will fail to boot and may appear unresponsive with no information displayed on the video output.
