Information regarding a defect in the Intel C2000 Atom C2000 Processor was provided to HPE, which uses this component in a limited number of products. This defect was described as the failure of a clock signal component of the CPU, after significant time. This failure, results in a system's inability to boot or a system ceasing operation.

To the best of our knowledge, there have been no failures of any HPE product due to this issue.


Any HPE ProLiant m300 Server Cartridge or ProLiant m350 Server Cartridge.


HPE will replace any cartridge that fails due to this component issue during the standard product warranty period or under the terms of an applicable extended hardware support contract.
