SYMPTOM:HDD not detected.			
SYMPTOM:Error "1783-Slot 0 Drive Array controller failure".
SYMPTOM:Server not booting to OS when parterned with D2200sb Storage Blade.

Error 1783-Slot 0 Drive Array controller failure!

Cause
CAUSE:It was found the firmware for HPE Smart Array P410i controller was at 5.14 and therefore the controller failure error was reported.
Answer/Solution
FIX:Ugrading the firmware of HPE Smart Array P410i controller to 6.60 (or higher) resolve the issue. Firmware upgrade was performed using HP Service Pack for ProLiant(HP SPP version 2014.09 in offline mode).

After firmware upgrade, P410i controller was detected and able to create array and logical drive. Server booted to operating system installed on the HDD.
