A potential security vulnerability has been identified with HP Mobility Software (MSM).

This is the GNU C Library (glibc) vulnerability known as "GHOST" which could be exploited remotely resulting in execution of arbitrary code.

HP has released the following software updates to resolve the vulnerability for HP Mobility Software (MSM).

Please update or upgrade to one of the following versions or subsequent.
  • HP Mobility Software v6.4.3.0
  • HP Mobility Software v6.5.3.0
