DESCRIPTION


HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) 2 firmware version 2.32 has been enhanced to provide the ability to disable and enable Web Services for Management (WS Management) access in the iLO 2 CLI and RIBCL interface.

DETAILS

iLO 2 firmware version 2.32 added the ability to disable and enable WS Management access in the iLO 2 Command Line Interface (CLI). The valid commands are as follows:

To disable WS Management (Web Services for Management):

set /map1/config1 oemhp_wsman_disable=yes

To enable WS Management (Web Services for Management):

set /map1/config1 oemhp_wsman_diable=no

The firmware also added the ability to disable and enable WS Management (Web Services for Management) access in the iLO 2 Remote Insight Board Command Language (RIBCL).

To disable WS Management:
