Viewing Volumes list in HPE StoreEasy management console

  1. Select Volumes from the left navigation pane in the dashboard. List of volumes will appear, including the following fields/properties in the main Volumes page.

    • Name

    • Resiliency

    • Drive Letter

    • File System

    • Drives
    • Size

    • Usage

    • File Shares
    • Actions

  2. Select the volume name to view volume properties in detail, such as capacity utilization, ID, total size, free space, allocation unit, read only state, partition type, and so on.

    • Users can set the read-only state back to ON. Only volumes that have a status of being in compliance can be set to a read-only state to OFF.
The following options enable users to refine or narrow the volume data in a way that they want to see:

  • Filter: Users can apply filters by selecting the health status options (OK, Critical, Warning, and Unknown). Once the filter is applied, it will display the volumes list based on the criteria that the user has selected.

  • Sort by: Users can arrange the volume data by using any of the volume properties:

    • Name

    • Drive Letter

    • File System

    • Usage

  • Rows per page: Users can select the number of rows (15 or 30) they want to see on the page.
  • Search Volumes: Users can search a volume by entering the volume name in Search Volumes box.
