Symptom

Unsupported DIMM Configuration Detected - Octal and Quad Rank DIMMs are not supported on the same memory channel . (Major Code:%1, Minor Code:%2)

Cause

Incompatible DIMMs are installed in the same memory channel.

Action

Remove and replace any incompatible DIMMs. Ensure that all installed DIMMs are the same type.
