Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificate verification failed.

Error Class : 0x000a | Error Code: 0x0423

Symptom

The issuer certificate of a looked up certificate could not be found.

Cause

The list of trusted certificates is not complete.

Action

Ensure correct Certificate Authority certificate is installed into the TLS certificate repository.

Open Internet Explorer.
Go to the URL that caused the failure.
In the URL box, at the right, click the lock icon.
Click View certificates, click the Details tab, and then click Issuer.
Ensure correct Certificate Authority certificate is in the Issuer box.
