Enabling Intel VROC (SATA RAID) in RBSU

Procedure

  1. Immediately following POST, select the option that allows to access the BIOS setup menu. This example uses F9.
  2. Using the arrow key move the cursor to highlight the menu option System Configuration, and press Enter.
  3. In the System Configuration menu, using the arrow key move the cursor to highlight the menu option BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) and press Enter. 
  4. In the BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) menu, using the arrow key move the cursor to highlight the menu option Storage Options and press Enter.
  5. In the Storage Options menu, using the arrow key move the cursor to highlight the menu option SATA Controller Options and press Enter.
  6. In the SATA Controller Options menu, using the arrow key move the cursor to highlight the menu option Embedded SATA Configuration and press Enter.
  7. From the drop-down list, select Intel VROC SATA Support.
  8. Press F12 to save changes and reboot the system.
