If you forget your password, you must answer security questions before you can reset your password.
To change your security questions and answers, complete the following steps:
- Sign in to the HPE Support Center.
- Click the profile and settings icon in the upper right, and click Profile.
- On the Edit My HPE Passport Profile page, scroll to the bottom and click Change Security Q&A.
- Choose your security questions from the drop-down lists, and type the answers into the fields.
- Click Save changes.
