Change your password

Note: This help is for HPE Channel Partners who need to update their profile settings.

Customers should use the new digital customer experience help for profile and settings:

To change your password, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to the HPE Support Center.
  2. Click the profile and settings icon in the upper right, and click Profile.
  3. On the Edit My HPE Passport Profile page, scroll to the bottom and click Change Password.
  4. Type your current password, and your new password into the fields.
  5. Click Save changes.
