Support cases

Support cases are associated with devices and with your HPE Support Center (HPESC) profile. Within My IT Environment you can view and modify cases.

In the HPE Support Center (HPESC) you can browse to My IT Environment in the following ways:

  • Option 1: main menu > My IT Environment.
  • Option 2: On the HPESC homepage, click My IT Environment.

Note that you can also create, view and modify cases in the Support Case Manager.
