Entitled access to HPE support materials

For certain products, you must have the right privilege to access their downloads, knowledge and tools. You gain this privilege in two ways:

  • You have linked your HPE Passport ID to a warranty, packaged support ID, or support agreement that covers the product.
  • Another user has linked their HPE Passport ID to a warranty, packaged support ID, or support agreement that covers the product, and has created a contract and warranty share that includes you as a member.
