The documentation map organizes deliverables into different categories. Click on the icons; a list of documents appears.
OS provisioning
Operating system provisioning is the process that involves the setting up of a Gen9, Gen10, Gen 10+ and later servers. The provisioning process involves setting up of hardware in a datacenter to installing and configuring software, including operating system, and applications. The provisioning process covers the linkage of a configured and ready to use server to middleware, network, and storage.

Support
Server support is available as part of warranty and contract. The HPE Active Health System (AHS) monitors and records changes in the server hardware and system configuration on every HPE Gen8, Gen9, Gen10, and Gen11 server that is released with iLO. AHS assists in diagnosing problems and delivering rapid resolution when system failures occur. Inputs from AHS logs enable HPE InfoSight for Servers to help you to predict and troubleshoot an error.

Retire / Repurpose
A server goes through a retirement and repurpose phase when a new generation of server takes its place. There may be other software related dependencies too that forces a server to retire. Before the retirement of a server, ensure that you take a proper backup of the required data.
One-button secure erase implements the NIST SP 800-88 Revision 1 Sanitization Recommendations for Purging user data and returns the server and supported components to the default state. This feature automates many of the tasks you follow in the Statement of Volatility document for a server.
